Our 30-Day Guarantee
At Kinning Pethood, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (The "Photo Proof" Process)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right immediately at no extra cost to you.

  1. Email us at support@kinningpethood.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo or video of the defective/damaged item.
  3. We will instantly process a full refund or send a free replacementā€”no need to ship the broken item back.

Change of Mind Returns
If the item is in perfect condition but you simply changed your mind, you can still return it within 30 days.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated facility.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo proof is approved), we will notify you. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
